The controversial scene came after fellow housemate Renee Graziano began discussing "b*** jobs" and declared that women should give them to their partners several times a week.
Katie Waissel waded into the conversation by declaring: "I like them" and Marnie asked her if she is any good at them.
The X Factor reject then replied: "I like to think that I am," prompting Marnie to offer to give a demonstration.
