The Ex On The Beach star looked stunning as she enjoyed a fun night out in Birmingham with a pal.

Lexie recently suffered the humiliation of seeing her boyfriend Stephen cheat on her with Playboy model Chloe Khan.

Lexie and her pal wore matching knee high boots as they held hands outside Nozomi, a Japanese tapas style restaurant in the city.

And quite aptly, at one point the fashion designer could be seen wearing a baseball cap with the slogan 'Twinzz' written on it.
