The 30-year-old model, who is married to footballer Peter Crouch, delighted her 362,000 followers with the unexpected upload which shown off her tiny waist.
Captioning the sexy snap, Abbey wrote: “Morning all.”
Flooding the picture with comments, the model's loyal fans made up for her lack of words.
One fan joked: “That's the moon now turn round and show us the sun.”
Another follower praised Abbey’s “amazing figure” with a gushing comment.

Despite her incredible figure, the mum-of-two opened up about her own body battles earlier this year.
In March she told HELLO!: “All girls have insecurities, whether it's worrying about love handles or a wobbly bum.
“I'm just like everyone else and now that I'm 30 it's all starting to drop.”
Discussing how she maintains her killer body, Abbey added: “I'm lucky as I haven't got any stretchmarks after having two kids...
