Susanna Reid risks wardrobe malfunction as she flashes the flesh while leaving TV Choice Awards
Good Morning Britain presenter struggled with her red dress as she climbed into her car after glitzy ceremony
GOOD Morning Britain presenter Susanna Reid risked a wardrobe malfunction as she left the TV Choice Awards on Monday night.
The 45-year-old stunned on the arrivals carpet in a red satin maxi dress by Phase Eight at the glitzy event held in The Dorchester hotel in London.
But as she left the event with her co-host Piers Morgan, Susanna struggled to get into their waiting car without flashing too much flesh.
As she climbed into the vehicle, the slit in Susanna’s dress gaped open, revealing her slender legs and desperate to not show her knickers to the paparazzi, the brunette clutched the hemline and pulled it tightly around her as she sat down.
Earlier in the evening, Susanna had walked the red carpet with the 51-year-old and fellow Good Morning Britain presenter Kate Garraway, who wore a monochrome off the shoulder dress.
He said: “I think there are a lot of cheesy people on TV and I don’t think we are cheesy.
“I think there’s a little edge to everything and that’s why it works. It makes us feel quite alive on air as I think it’s quite sharp and edgy.”
And launching into a rather unusual analogy, he added: “I think there’s a mutual respect and a good chemistry.
“We’re like marmalade and cheddar cheese, have you ever had that sandwich? It shouldn’t work but it’s delicious. Susanna is the marmalade.”
While the show wasn’t nominated at the awards, Susanna and Piers presented Ant and Dec with their Best Entertainment Show gong.
