Stacey Solomon would prefer boyfriend to cheat on her with ANOTHER MAN rather than a woman
Loose Women panellist is happily dating fellow TV star Joe Swash
STACEY Solomon would prefer her boyfriend to cheat on her with another man rather than a woman.
The 26-year-old is currently dating TV presenter Joe Swash, and while the couple are blissfully happy, Stacey revealed on Tuesday's Loose Women that if he was ever to stray, she would find it easier to deal with if it was another bloke.
She said: "I would. I feel like if…please don’t do this Joe…if Joe ever did end up being with someone else it would be less of a personal blow if it was with another man.
"I would feel as though their whole life they had been hiding something and that’s the reason they had left me."
The women debated the topic after disgraced politician Keith Vaz was accused of cheating on his wife by sleeping with male escorts.
Andrea McLean asked Stacey if it would be easier for her to handle her boyfriend with another man because she would feel like they loved her as a person.
Stacey replied: "Exactly, they still felt feelings towards me and have compassion for me, and love me.
"And it wasn’t because maybe I wasn’t good in bed or a good wife or partner, I would just feel like they had their own personal issues."
However Jane Moore revealed she had met a number of women recently whose husbands had left them for other men and they wish it had been a woman.
She said: "Then they can sort of say when we got married and for the length of time it was good, our marriage was real, whereas they suddenly think is it right from literally the honeymoon he was thinking about being with another man?
"So it makes the whole thing feel like a lie."
However Stacey argued that a person can love another individual for who they are without being sexually attracted to someone, so they shouldn't feel like it wasn't real.
She said: "I can imagine if this person’s wife stays with them or the husband stays with them, then that doesn’t mean it’s not a relationship any more.
"You can love somebody and just be very unsure of who you were.
"I’m married to a lot of people, I love people.
"I don’t fall in love with someone sexually, I just fall in love with the person and I could probably spend the rest of my life with a lot of my friends."
