Susanna Reid reveals how she gets her knockout figure with sweaty gym selfies
Good Morning Britain presenter marks National Fitness Day with a kettlebell workout
SUSANNA Reid marked National Fitness Day on social media today with two sweaty selfies she took at the gym.
Revealing how she keeps in such great shape, the Good Morning Britain presenter, 45, tweeted a snap of herself next to a row of weights, writing: "Training with the handbags of hell".
She added a weary face and a cold sweat emoji and the hashtags: "#kettlebells #NationalFitnessDay".
She shared a similar shot on Instagram, captioning it: "Gym isn't pretty. Toys for #nationalfitnessday — skipping rope, slam ball, kettlebells #ThisGirlCan #workoutwednesday."
The posts quickly gained hundreds of likes, and followers responded with compliments and encouragement.
"That is how you look so amazing," said one, while another said "You can do it!"
Some were sympathetic about her kettlebell training — referring to the cast-iron weights as "evil things", "weapons of torture" and "gym tools of death".
Mum of three Susanna frequently wears body-hugging dresses and pencil skirts on Good Morning Britain, and it's clear her efforts at the gym aren't going to waste.
Susanna also stunned recently at the TV Choice Awards in an off-the-shoulder red satin maxi dress.
She posed on the red carpet with her GMB co-host Piers Morgan, who opened up to The Sun about his "good chemistry" with the pretty brunette.
The 51-year-old presenter said Susanna "can't stop herself" from flirting with him.
He added: “I think there are a lot of cheesy people on TV and I don’t think we are cheesy. I think there’s a little edge to everything and that’s why it works.
"It makes us feel quite alive on air as I think it’s quite sharp and edgy.”
