CAROL Kirkwood has sent pulses soaring as she presented Thursday's weather in a clinging lilac dress.
The 54-year-old looked sensational in the figure-hugging ensemble, highlighting her curves and cleavage, and viewers were quick to point out how she was hotter than the weather forecast she was giving on Twitter.
One wrote: "Omg those massive boobs can block out Ireland on that map" while another added: "Thanks for the weather report Carol. Looking great yet again in your tight purple dress. Have you lost your leather skirt : (".
A fellow fan simply wrote: "Carol Kirkwood #Bosoms".
The star's Twitter fan club also came out in force for their idol, tweeting: "Phew! @carolkirkwood’s forecast looks HOT again! As for the weather…."
Carol has always been a big hit with viewers thanks to her permanent smile and sunny disposition whatever the weather, and is gaining new admirers all the time.
One man revealed his sudden appreciation of Carol on Thursday, writing: "Morning all! Currently having naughty thoughts about Carol Kirkwood. Guess I’m officially a gent of a certain age! Enjoy Thursday xx"
But it wasn't just men lusting after Carol, as the blonde also received a number of compliments from women on the social media site, with one writing: "beautiful lilac dress, you look stunning again Carol, I’m sure you could carry off a bin bag :-) x"
Carol - who took part in last year's series of Strictly Come Dancing - has spoken about her 'sex symbol' status, insisting she doesn't see herself in that way.
She told the : "Sex symbol makes me laugh, I couldn’t be further from a sex symbol if I tried.
“I think I’m more just your girl-next-door rather than anything else. If anyone says that, bless them.”
As for her style choices, she admitted she doesn't put a great deal of thought into what she wears, as long as she doesn't repeat the same colour or style of dress.
She added: "I’ve more to worry about than that, I get up at quarter to three, so it’s a quick cup of tea, shower and off to work.
“My main thoughts are ‘what colour did I wear yesterday? What neckline was it?’”
