LYDIA Bright has filmed herself enjoying a relaxing spa day during a weekend away in Wales.

The reality TV star shared the clip on her Instagram page, much to the delight of her 1.2million followers.

In the short video, Lydia can be seen stepping up from a sun-lounger, before walking on her tiptoes over to the nearby pool, pausing on the steps to look back at the camera.

Lydia, 31, captioned the upload: "Easy like Sunday morning."

West End star Denise Van Outen and reality personality Charlotte Dawson were among Lydia's celebrity pals to comment on the social media post.

In the clip, Lydia dons a navy blue swimsuit complete with plunging neckline as she showed off her sensational figure.

Earlier in the weekend, Lydia revealed that she was in Cardiff as part of her birthday celebrations, although she is already missing her daughter Loretta.

She told fans: "I may have shed a few tears leaving Loretta and missing her like crazy.

"It's the longest we have ever been apart. But as per Georgia is making sure we laugh so hard that we can't breathe. Oh and it's been absolutely wonderful to have a meal without stickers all over my face and to sleep without being punched in the face at 1am."

Lydia's spa day comes after her ex James 'Arg' Argent addressed rumours they were getting back together.

The Towie favourite lifted the lid on their special friendship and said he would hate to stand in the way of Lydia finding love again.

Their turbulent romance ensured they were always at the forefront of Towie storylines when they found fame on the ITVbe show.

And Arg, who split from the beauty in 2016 after she allegedly caught him taking cocaine, said she is still a huge part of his life.

"I want to be able to see Lydia when I’m not having a good day as she’s somebody I turn to for help, but we can’t do that at the minute because we get pictured and everyone says, 'they’re back together'," he explained.

"She’s got great guys out there who might want to date her and won’t bother asking her because they think that she’s seeing me.

"And I have girls who think, 'hang on, aren’t you with Lydia' so they don’t bother with me either.

"It’s frustrating.”
