Big Brother’s Andy West reveals his joy after losing his fiance – and two stone!
He reveals he lost the weight in the house and has become more appealing
BIG Brother star Andy West reveals he has lost two stone and become more attractive to men AND women.
And unlike other housemates who normally gain weight on the show – he lost weight while in the famous compound.
Since leaving the BB house last month, Andy has had to deal with a very public breakdown of his relationship with his fiancé Ed Hutton.
But now four weeks on, he says things are finally looking up – and the weight loss is an added bonus.
He revealed exclusively to The Sun Online how he lost the weight: “When I was on the show, I ate bran flakes every morning for breakfast and then baked beans or lentil soup for lunch with no snacking and then a small portion of dinner. “
But he did add that stress was a factor: ‘Well, added to the diet was the constant stress of being in the house and being attacked by the other housemates and sleep deprivation.
“The weight just started to drop off.”
He also revealed there were some housemates who liked to pig out:
“There were some real piggies in there who confused getting the munchies with actual hunger.
“They often claimed to be 'starving' just because the cheddar had run out.”
Andy, who recently hosted The Sun Online’s CBB final Facebook Live event, told us how he has now become more attractive to both sexes: “It’s funny that now when I go out people will come up to me and say ‘You look a lot more attractive than you did on the show’, which is very flattering, though does make me wonder, what I must have looked like to before! Ha!
“Then they proceed to try to snog me or get my number.
“And I’d like to say thank you for that as it’s very good for a dented ego.”
But while he’s slowly trying to get his life back on track, Andy says he’s not looking for love just yet: “I loved Ed and it’s going to take some time to move on so am not looking for The One right now.
“I need time to heal but I also am so busy with work – there are so many things coming up that are exciting that I need to keep my mind on the ball.”
But Andy says he is not content with just losing the weight – now he wants a six pack: “I've lost the fat and that's great...my next challenge is to get some muscles, but I desperately need someone to take me in hand and help as I have no will power.”
