KERRY Katona claims Heidi Range quit Atomic Kitten after she had a fight with fellow bandmate Liz McClarnon.
The 41-year-old singer then went on to say that Heidi walked out of the band after "someone got slapped".
Atomic Kitten were first put together back in the late 90s, with Kerry at the helm of the group.
Heide later found fame with the Sugababes, when she joined the band in early noughties - but before that, people may be surprised to know she was a Kitten.
Speaking about the first ever line-up of the group - which didn't include Natasha Hamilton - Kerry revealed there was tension before they had even started.
She told The Jay Hutton Show: "I was in the band for two and half months on my own and then we held auditions.

"I picked Liz and Heide Range - who was (later) in the Sugarbabes.
"And Heide and Liz didn't get on - I think one of them slapped the other one. And then she went solo."
In the same interview, Kerry also revealed how stripping off for OnlyFans saved her from going bankrupt for a THIRD time.
She joined the subscription site in May 2020 and she's confessed to being so desperate for money at the time that she couldn't even pay her rent.
