FERNE McCann cried on This Morning as she went head-to-head in a chilli challenge with chef Leon Ockendon.
The Essex-babe beat Leon on the show taking on the Carolina Reaper - the world's hottest chilli.
While she maintained a poker face at first, the heat kicked in and the showbiz reporter began to cry.
Pointing to her eye she said: "Look tears, real tears."
"It’s really hot," she said between gasps. "My whole body is shaking!"
A paramedic, Gary, who was waiting in the wings rushed out with a big glass of milk to help the star.
Trying to maintain her composure the ex-Towie stunner blinked back tears and took deep breaths as the firey chilli clearly caused her some pain.
The Reaper is not for the faint hearted as it has its own Guinness World Record for being the world's hottest chilli.
According to reports, it is 1.5 million Scoville units which is 400 times hotter than a jalapeno pepper.
