X Factor host Dermot O’Leary’s bulge sparks Twitter frenzy from distracted viewers

X FACTOR host Dermot O’Leary stole the show during the first day of Boot Camp on Sunday – after baffled viewers became fixated with his bulging trousers.

As this year’s potential pop stars did their best to impress the judges, social media went into a frenzy as fans of the show speculated "what he was hiding."

The Twitter storm started during Dermot’s opening VT from outside Alexandra Palace.

For the clip, Dermot wore a tight muscle-fit charcoal t-shirt with a pair of tight white trousers.

One tweeter wrote: “What's dermot got in his pants ???”

The tweets didn’t stop there, with another viewer adding: “Dermot has a bit of a prominent bulge in those trousers!”

One confused viewer said: “What's dermot hiding. Sausage and eggs.”

Another fan of the show wrote: “Excuse me but Dermot O'Leary's bulge in them white pants is cheering me right up.”

Dermot's trousers weren't the only thing causing a stir during Sunday's episode.

This year the show introduced it's "wall of songs" - a brutal twist which seen all contestants fighting for their favourite tracks.
