BIG Brother star Lisa Appleton stripped naked and went for a roll in the mud after a day out at Blackpool beach.

The former reality show contestant could be seen with her best pal Sharon Buggy, before a stroll along the waterfront almost became X rated viewing.

Discarding her purple trousers, trainers and top, Lisa kept on a pair of revealing lace briefs before hitting the water.

A friend said: "Lisa and Sharon had been on a pub crawl that day before hitting the beach.

"That's when Sharon dared Lisa to go skinny dipping - in return for a chippy tea."

Lisa recently appeared on Channel 5 documentary On Benefits: Living the High Life, showing viewers how her life had changed dramatically since her 2008 stint on Big Brother.

Arriving at the infamous house with her then boyfriend Mario Marconi, the pair went on to marry, unfortunately the union lasted only two years before heading for the divorce courts.

On claiming benefits for three-and-a-half years, Lisa said: "I’ve lost everything, I’ve lost my insanity, I’ve lost my marriage, I’ve lost my car, my home, security. I’ve lost my way.

"I absolutely hate it when people say ‘just get a job’ – you can’t just get a job."
