Strictly Come Dancing fans in floods of tears by emotional opening sequence
BBC One show brought together children, older couples, the professionals and the judges for start of live show
STRICTLY Come Dancing viewers have been left in floods of tears by the show's opening sequence.
The BBC One show opened it's second live show of the series with two children who took to the floor to dance a waltz to the track What The World Needs Now.
As the youngsters took hold and moved around the floor, the camera panned out to reveal an elderly couple also performing the dance.
As the song continued, the Strictly professionals took to the floor followed by the judges.
By the end of the routine the floor was full of children, seniors and professionals and the viewers at home couldn't handle it.

Even hosts Claudia Winkleman and Tess Daly got in on the action, being led onto the dance floor to sway in among the dancers twirling around them.
But in their long gowns, it was probably best that the presenters didn't try to get too ahead of themselves with any fancy footwork or extravagant lifts, leaving it to the professionals instead.
One wrote on Twitter: "Oh for goodness sake @bbcsstrictly I'm crying already..." while another added: "I'm in tears! Absolutely beautiful @bbcstrictly".
A fellow fan of the show wrote: "Welling up over here!" and another posted: "omg that was the most beautiful opening we have had ever."
Another complimented the show on getting the younger generation involved, writing: "So cute seeing the young dancers on #bbcstrictly".
