Kerry Katona sparks concern with snap showing her in hospital hooked up to a drip

KERRY Katona has sparked huge concern after showing herself hooked up to a hospital drip.

The former Atomic Kitten star, 41, uploaded a snap showing her tattooed arm plastered up with a purple tube sticking out.

In an emotional caption, mum of five Kerry wrote: "Not really where I wanna be," followed by three crying Emoji faces.

Meanwhile her next slide kept followers in the dark on her progress, instead showcasing a handbag she had modelled in a previous image.

Kerry recently went under the knife for a boob reduction, showing off the results after removing her bandages earlier this month.

Back in 2019, the Whole Again songstress again revealed she had been hooked to a drip after being rushed to A&E.

At the time, the mum of five shared selfies looking unhappy as she waited for news about her medical mystery from doctors.

She posted selfies in an NHS-branded gown with tubes attached to her arm, telling fans: "Still no news."

Joining her on the long wait for test results, which began nearly 24 hours after her slides were posted, is boyfriend was her fiance Ryan Mahoney who she snapped learning back on a chair on her ward.

She wrote: "Bless him! Keeping me company xxxx."

After her medical drama she praised her man and wrote: "WE LOVE YOU and we appreciate everything that you have done for us all ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️."

She said: "I don’t post many pics of me and Ryan but I just want you all to know that this man has helped me find my self worth, he completely and utterly believes in me and has pushed the past sooo far away that it’s just in view enough to see and learn from!"

Kerry met her fiancé Ryan on a dating app three years ago and the lovebirds got engaged in August 2020.

Since then, Kerry has struggled with health battles after testing positive for Covid twice.

More recently she teared up when discussing her eating disorder, which has seen her bingeing on kebabs.

The mum-of-five wrote in hermagazine column: "I’ve been in tears over my relationship with food. I have real issues.

"For example, the other day I bought a kebab and I hid on my own and binged on it. I’ll eat food, and then I’ll feel like I want to be sick. I definitely have some kind of eating disorder.

She went on to say she 'hated the way she looked.'
