Now she has spoken out about the experience and how she turned to her SEVENTH autobiography for clarity following her heartbreak.

Speaking to , she said: "I wanted to hurt them both. I wanted everyone to know how f***ing bad they were to me.

She added: "I know it’s strange because although I’m with Kieran, I want to hurt him at the same time. I want him to feel the pain that I felt. The book is my revenge."
