CAROL Vorderman has spilled the secret behind her incredible curves - and left her social media fans in shock.
The former Countdown co-host headed to Instagram on Monday to reveal she had been lifting weights in her home gym.
Carol, 61, filmed she walked round her home gym, which has been kitted out with handheld weights, a bench and Olympic bar.
The TV-star, who is no stranger to showing off her enviable figure on social media, followed up with her personal best lifts from the day.
"Happy girl, back of the weights at home as in the proper gym," she captioned her first post, showing off her equipment.
Carol went on: "When I was growing up in the 60s and 70s, there was no such thing as a gym unless you were a pro athlete.

"In the 80s, we were all bouncing around doing aerobics and then in the 90s, these things called gyms started up for the masses like me."
"I was in there three times a week," she continued of how she kept her figure in check while filming the popular game show.
"I only started with barbells and Olympic plates last year, as when you get older you lose muscle mass rapidly, and I mean RAPIDLY.
"Little did I know that weights are addictive and enjoyable and so good for you. I think it's the numbers for me, watching them grow."

"Usually takes two or three weeks to see a big change. Looking forward to it LOADS," she concluded of her fitness routine.
It comes after Carol showed off her figure in skintight gym wear as she dressed down for the weekend.
Carol posted three mirror selfies for fans to enjoy following speculation she could return to the Channel 4 show as host.
The presenter made the headlines last week as The Sun revealed Countdown bosses were desperate for her to return.
The 62-year-old, who co-hosted the show for 26 years, has been called to replace Anne Robinson who quit to spend more time with her grandkids.
A TV insider revealed: "Carol is such a big part of Countdown and Channel 4 know how much everyone loves her.
"Bosses would love her to come back as the main host, her Countdown journey would come full circle. It would be perfect."
A source close to the star said: "Countdown has always held a special place in Carol’s heart. And she continues to be a big fan of the show, nearly 40 years on.
