Towie’s Jon Clark reveals hunky body transformation as he goes from ‘lumpy’ to ripped in just TEN days
He admitted to partying too much and lost a stone in 10 days
JON Clark has gone to from 'lumpy' to 'ripped' in just 10 days after cutting down on his partying ways and spending 10 days at an intense bootcamp.
The TOWIE star said he was feeling self-conscious and wanted to get in shape before they started filming the new series in Marbella.
Jon said: "I’ve just turned 27, so I can see 30 on the horizon and I knew I had to get back in shape.
"It’s getting harder and harder these days to look buff and I’ve been partying way too much and eating badly."
To prepare for the new series, which will no doubt see the newly buff reality star taking his top off, Jon ditched the booze and takeaways and went to a gruelling bootcamp for 10 days.
No 1 Bootcamp in Norfolk is a favourite with celebs including Spencer Matthews and Jon's co-star James 'Arg' Argent who stayed at the camp for two months this summer to drop the pounds.
The tough camp involves working out for 11 hours a day and swimming in the freezing North Sea.
The constant exercise and healthier meals worked a treat for Jon who slimmed down from 14st 4lbs to a much healthier 13st 4lbs in just 10 days.

Speaking about how he piled on the pounds, Jon said: "I’ve been getting loads of nightclub PAs and when you get there there’s an unlimited supply of beers and vodka.
"Then before you know it, it’s late and I’ve had seven bottles of beer and a load of vodkas and then on the way home there’s a take-away KFC, McDonald's or Domino's.
"I try not to give in but after the third service station in a row offering late night food I normally cave in and eat at 3am just before going to bed.
“Before I came to No 1 Boot Camp there’s no way I would have been walking around with my top off.
"I was looking a bit lumpy around the tummy and my pecs were non-existent."
An average day at the bootcamp involved at least six workouts per day including spinning classes, hiking and boxing with light meals and snacks in between.
Jon added: "It was hardest ten days of my life but well worth it. Now I am ready for the new series."
