Peter was offering tips on hosting summer barbecues with plant-based products from brand Beyond Meat.
He has previously declared himself to be 'flexitarian' - a casual veggie who occasionally eats meat.
In January Peter said his wife had almost convinced him to eat an entirely plant based diet.
Becky Vardy, 39, made the infamous ‘’chipolata’’ comment in a 2004 kiss-and-tell story on the singer.
She said the remark was one of her ‘’biggest regrets’’ at the Wagatha Christie court battle with Coleen Rooney earlier this month.
