The X Factor’s cockatoo enthusiast Cori Burns reveals she’s a man magnet after TV success – and her boyfriend’s not happy about it
APPEARING on The X Factor has changed life for the better for Cori Burns, who gave one of this year’s most memorable auditions.
The 60-year-old cockatoo fanatic from Hastings didn’t make it through to boot camp after her rendition of Brian Adams’ hit song Run To You failed to impress judges Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh, Sharon Osbourne and Nicole Scherzinger.
Despite this minor setback however Cori exclusively tells The Sun Online her life is on the up, but not everyone is happy about it.
Cori says: “Ever since I appeared on The X Factor I’ve had loads of blokes hitting on me.
“They chat me up and say they love me, it’s like they can’t get enough of me.
“My boyfriend isn’t happy about it though.”
It’s not just new men on Cori’s mind though as she admits she’s planning on overhauling her look before setting out on the road to fame.
She explains: “I’m going on a diet, I want to lose about five stone.

“My boyfriend is happy because he says it’ll get rid of my fat a**e but I’m going to make sure I am still big enough for the cockatoos so they will still be able to land on me.
“I’m having dental implants too which will help my look, and my health, so by this time next year, I should be ready to go and release a new single.
“Watch out Simon Cowell, I will be back for you!”
