Cheryl’s ex Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini works up a sweat in paparazzi park with his personal trainer

JEAN-Bernard Fernandez-Versini has been pictured sweating it out in his local park while his personal trainer puts him through his paces.

While his ex-wife Cheryl prefers to work out away from any prying cameras in the privacy of a gym, the 35-year-old entrepreneur decided to do it in public, following in the sweaty footsteps of reality favourites such as Lauren Goodger, Charlotte Crosby, Gemma Collins and James ‘Arg’ Argent.

With the help of his burley personal trainer, JB was seen stretching on the ground and throwing some boxing punches.

Dressed in long white shorts over tight grey leggings, a black T-shirt and backwards cap, he was later seen embarking on further boxing-style training by using a skipping rope.

Despite splitting from Cheryl at the end of last year, the drama is still unfolding between the two, with his ex blocking him from his new restaurant bearing his name because she still owns the rights to it.

Jean-Bernard wanted to name his new upmarket London diner Versini, but can’t because Cheryl, who is now rumoured to be pregnant with Liam Payne's baby, trademarked it shortly after the wed in 2014.

“JB is gutted that he can’t use his own name – even though Cheryl is divorcing him and has no intention of ever using it again in future.

“It seems completely wrong because he is trying to move on with his career.”

JB’s bid for the rights to use his surname was turned down by the Intellectual Property Office (IPO), which registers trademarks.

The new restaurant is due to open next year and JB has been looking at venues in posh Marylebone, central London.
