The Saturdays star Una Healy splits from her boyfriend after six months together
THE SATURDAYS have a new single — Una Healy.
I’ve learned the singer-songwriter, who shot to fame as one fifth of the chart-topping girl group, is back on the market after splitting from her Irish cop boyfriend.
She started dating the Dublin-based officer at the end of last year and kept his identity secret.
A source said: “She isn’t dwelling on it. She’s feeling great and embracing the single life.
“Una is busy with work and has her two kids to look after so it’s not like she’s twiddling her thumbs.”
The All Fired Up singer was married to rugby player Ben Foden. They divorced in 2018.

She then dated Limerick hurler David Breen for a year and a half, though they split in early 2020.
Una returned to Ireland in 2020 after 13 years in England and has become a regular telly presenter there, while continuing to make solo music.
She told The Sun last year how she had turned to dating apps.
She said: “I know a couple of people who have been on the apps and they’ve been messaged and told me, ‘A catfish is on, pretending to be you’, and it’s like, ‘That is me’.
“There’s a danger of that. People just don’t believe you might be on there.”
She added: “I wouldn’t say I wouldn’t date a celebrity or someone in a normal job, or whatever normal is. What I do is normal for me.
“As long as they’re a nice person, that’s all I’m looking for — a decent, kind, caring and hardworking person. It doesn’t matter what they do.”
HARRY’S PURPLE PATCH
HARRY Styles closed Radio 1’s Big Weekend dressed as The Purple One from a tin of Quality Street.
The Sign of the Times singer channelled Mick Jagger with a hip-thrusting live set at War Memorial Park in Coventry on Sunday.
While he made sure to adhere to the swearing ban placed on all acts by BBC bosses, Harry raised by shouting out “the good ones” after signing the line “What kind of pills are you on?” while singing hit single As It Was.
The tune is on its eighth week at No1, while his album Harry’s House is already the best-selling vinyl of the year.
He has competition when it comes to holding onto the top spot on the album this week though.
Liam Gallagher is on track to knock Harry down to No2 with his latest solo album C’Mon You Know.
MEGAN’S STAR TURQ
MEGAN FOX oozed confidence in this turquoise outfit but even she says she still has insecurities.
She shared this photo on Instagram and said: “I never wear my hair up because my head is the size of a tiny edamame bean but this happened and we’re all OK.
“Baby steps.”
Megan was promoting her romantic stoner comedy movie Good Mourning, written by her fiancé Machine Gun Kelly.
QUEEN PUT IN A PLATINUM TURN
IT was third time lucky for Queen + Adam Lambert when they opened their Rhapsody UK and European tour after two pandemic postponements.
And their first night went off with a bang, as Brian May, Roger Taylor and Adam blasted out some of the group’s biggest and best hits.
They kicked off with classics including Hammer To Fall and Somebody To Love before going back through fan favourites including Love Of My Life and Who Wants To Live Forever.
Putting aside the nostalgia element, Brian and Roger remain masterful musicians and Adam’s voice does the late Freddie Mercury’s vocal range proud.
Adam, who has been a part of the group for more than a decade now, also took a moment to pay homage to Freddie, telling the crowd: “I’m so honoured to be up here.
“Ten years now, singing with these legends . . . and I thank all of you out there for giving me the opportunity to celebrate the one and only, irreplaceable Freddie Mercury.”
The band will play a further 33 dates across the country, including a second performance tonight at Manchester’s AO Arena, before ten huge gigs at London’s O2 Arena.
If you are a fan of the group, you’d be mad to miss out.

TOM MAKES FLYING START
TOP Gun: Maverick has smashed Tom Cruise’s own box office records.
The sequel to the 1986 original has made a whopping £196million globally since it was released on Friday – scoring the biggest opening weekend for any of Tom’s movies.
In the UK alone it has already made £15.9million and after just three days it is the eighth highest-grossing film of 2022 worldwide.
Delayed repeatedly because of the pandemic, it will have surged well ahead of £200million at the box office by the end of the week.
It is a massive leap for the Hollywood A-lister, whose previous highest debut was 2005’s War Of The Worlds, which banked a relatively modest £51million worldwide in its first few days.
It’s a good thing Maverick has raked in a fortune, given it had a huge budget, believed to be in the region of £134million.
The film’s success also means it is the highest-opening non-superhero movie to have been released since the pandemic began, behind Spider-Man: No Way Home, Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness and The Batman.
Tom reprises his role as pilot Pete “Maverick” Mitchell in the movie, which has received stellar reviews.
The film is Tom’s first in four years, but fans won’t have to wait too long to see him again on the big screen.
Next year he will be in the long-awaited release of Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One, which will be followed by the second instalment in 2024.
Tom turns 60 in July but it doesn’t look like he is slowing down any time soon.
MADONNA really put the ‘Mad’ in her name when she decided to put on this lace balaclava then smoke a shisha.
She posted snaps of herself on Instagram in the strange get-up, after being ringside at the Gervonta Davis v Rolly Romero boxing bout in New York.
The Like A Virgin singer wore the face-obscuring item with a tracksuit and a load of chains.
Someone ought to tell her Halloween isn’t for another five months.
VAMP’S VITILIGO VIDEO
THE VAMPS guitarist James Brittain-McVey has been diagnosed with vitiligo, a condition where patches of the skin lose their pigment.
He revealed his upset at the discovery, which is already causing visible effects on his chin.
In a video posted to social media, James said: “After 18 years of dealing with acne . . . it’s been quite a big thing for me.
“I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t a bit gutted.”
But he joked: “I wanted to let people know that it’s not a dodgy fake tan.”
HOLLY HAS SCENT OF SUCCESS
SHE was dubbed Britain’s answer to Gwyneth Paltrow when she launched her Wylde Moon lifestyle brand last year.
But luckily for us Holly Willoughby is far more family friendly.
The This Morning host has announced she’s expanding her (borrowed from) The Wild home fragrance collection product line by adding ‘Waxing Moons’ – natural wax melts to the mix.
Holly said: “I’ve been searching for the perfect scent for a really long time.
“I normally have different scents for different rooms in my house but once in a while something comes along that’s so iconic, it just works everywhere.
“(borrowed from) The Wild is just that.”
How the other half live. It’s just a quick spray of Febreze at my house.
ROCKY IN KIDS CLUB
CONVERSATION round at Rihanna’s can’t be too stimulating, as her partner A$AP Rocky says he loves nothing better than watching TV shows made for toddlers.
The rapper, who became a dad earlier this month when Rihanna gave birth to a boy, told Dazed magazine: “I will always remind my children to never lose their imagination – even as adults, no matter what.
“I love to watch cartoons. I’ve watched Teletubbies, Blue’s Clues, Yo Gabba Gabba!, Peppa Pig and Baby Shark.

“I hope to raise open-minded children, not people who discriminate.
“I’m not trying to describe a saint but, realistically, I just want a cool child with cool parents.”
