Justin Theroux gushes over married life with Jennifer Aniston…following Brangelina divorce drama

JUSTIN Theroux has gushingly spoken out over his marriage to Jennifer Aniston - admitting its had a 'calming effect'
The Leftovers actor opened up in the latest issue of , just as the marriage of Jennifer's first husband Brad Pitt to Angelina Jolie crumbled.
Asked if he believes in monogamy, Justin said: "Obviously. I'm married. I think marriage taught me to settle a little bit. It does have a calming effect.
"I think it's at what age you make that commitment. When you hear about people in the 1950s getting married at 20, you're like, 'What were they thinking? My grandparents were together for over 50 years'.
"My grandfather used to write one sentence every day in his journal: 'I love Anne more than ever today'.

"I think that was his meditation - keeping him in his marriage, and also his appreciation for it. It was very touching."
Justin and Jennifer tied the knot in a secret in August last year and, while the 45-year-old is enjoying married life, he does admit there are some down sides.
He said: "It's a luxury problem, but I would love to walk around New York with my wife. Take her to Washington Square Park.
"What would happen if we just did that? It would turn into a s**t show. It would be not fun."
While the couple's union goes from strength to strength, Jennifer's ex - who she was married to for nearly five years until 2005 - has seen his world fall apart after Angelina, 41, filed for divorce after two years of marriage and 12 years together.
The move saw Jennifer's name get dragged back into the equation and Justin previously spoke out about how ridiculous it was for the media to be following her every move since the news of the Brangelina split broke.
He told Business Insider: "There’s an endless appetite for trash, apparently, though everyone would say that they don’t have that appetite.
“But I think a lot of people do because people buy it. But there are bigger things to b***h about.
“It’s shocking how much bandwidth things can take up when there are far more important things going on in the world.”
