Gogglebox fans fall in love with wine-swigging Bristolian newcomers Mary and Marina
The new additions to the Gogglebox family are proving to be a hit with viewers
GOGGLEBOX newcomers Mary and Marina have become quick fan favourites on the Channel 4 show.
The Bristolian best mates charmed the audience on Friday night's show with their hilarious quips over the latest telly from the week.
Mary and Marine were introduced to the audience as they sat on their sofas drinking Blue Nun wine - only to announce that this was the wine that Victoria Beckham drank!

The classy twosome then left viewers at home in fits of giggles as they spoke frankly about tonight's episode - which included clips from The Lie Detective and ITV drama Victoria.
As the lifelong friends spoke on the hit Channel 4 show, those watching at home were quickly charmed by their friendly natures and applauded the show for their inclusion.
Taking to Twitter, one wrote: "Loving mary and marina, they are like a pair of comfy slippers. Brilliant new additions #gogglebox"

Another added: "If I end up anything like Mary and Marina in 50 years then I will die a happy woman. HEROES! #gogglebox"

One viewer thought their addition was a fitting send off for the show's late voiceover presenter, Caroline Aherne and wrote: "Mary and Marina remind me of Nanna from The Royle Family. Caroline Aherne would adore them."

However, there were some noticeable absences from tonight's show - with posh duo Steph and Dom not making an appearance for another week.
Fan favourite Scarlett Moffatt did however, officially introduce boyfriend Luke onto the show for the first time.
