Katie Price swerves bankruptcy court AGAIN as case is moved to 2023
KATIE Price has once again swerved going to court over her monster £3.2m bankruptcy debts.
The Sun can reveal that the 43-year-old dodged a court date for a THIRD time earlier this month when she was to be quizzed about the money she owes – and won’t face the music now until next YEAR.
It has been claimed by liquidators handling the collapse of her empire that she had not been “engaging fully” in paying creditors.
The hearing at London’s Royal Courts of Justice was due to take place at on 7 June.
But now we can disclose that it has been relisted for 9 February 2023 - giving her a long reprieve.
A source said: “The delay will give the courts the chance to see how fully she is now working with the people she owes money to and provide a clearer picture of where she stands in repaying her debts.”

The hearing had already been pushed back from February when Katie agreed to a new payment plan with creditors – as well as paying off a small amount of cash owed.
And that hearing had initially been delayed from November 2021.
Her bankruptcy trustees want to find out details of how much she has been paid for her TV work, including her Channel 4 show where she attempted to renovate her £2m country mansion.
