X Factor Boys Freddy Parker, Matt Terry and Ryan Lawrie sail through to the live shows
X FACTOR acts Freddy Parker, Matt Terry and Ryan Lawrie have won a place in the live shows.
Nicole Scherzinger chose her final three with the help of guest judge Calvin Harris in the stunning French Riviera.
Freddy Parker stunned the pair with a beautiful rendition of Ellie Goulding's Love Me Like You Do, earning him a place in the lives.
But it hasn't been an easy road to nabbing a place in Nicole's final three.
He was given a lifeline by the judge during the Six Chair Challenge after failing to wow with a rendition of How Deep Is Your Love.
He then decided to sing a version of Amy Winehouse's Love is a Losing Game on the piano. This succeeded in stunning them all and he bagged a seat.
Matt Terry is certain to be one of the heartthrobs of the competition after being compared to Louis Tomlinson and Olly Murs.
The 23-year-old wowed Nicole with a rendition of Michael Jackson's Shes Out Of My Life enough for her to give him one of her final three places.

He stunned the judges with both his looks and vocals in his initial audition by singing Ben E King's song Stand By Me.
During the audition he spoke about having to quit his job after being heartbroken over splitting up with his ex-girlfriend. Earlier in the month he even spoke about penning an album about the girl, who he said dumped him two days before his birthday.
But it has recently been revealed that he is, in fact, back with his ex Jasmine Alvis.
Ryan Lawrie's version of Hall & Oates' You Make My Dreams Come True impressed Nicole enough to give him a place in her final three.
But it is second time lucky for him as he failed to get through to the Six Chair Challenge but was chosen as a wildcard by fellow judge Simon Cowell.
The 20-year-old from Coatbridge in Scotland impressed in his first audition with his version of The Vamps' Cecilia.
However last month he was outed as a rising artist who has already released a single and performed to 80,000 at Capital FM's Summertime Ball.
He is also in a relationship with Emily Middlemas, who viewers saw yesterday also bag a place in the live shows.
Following the shows dramatic Six Chair Challenge, where Ryan, 20, was later revealed as the wildcard live on Xtra Factor, the pair have gushed about each other in a series of sweet posts.
As viewers watched Emily successfully secure a seat on Saturday, Ryan wrote on Twitter: “I am the proudest boyfriend in the world right now @emilymiddlemas_ I am such a lucky guy. You were incredible.”
