Who is Relley C? Meet The X Factor 2016 finalist – here’s what we know

The former housekeeper showed that second time was the charm after 2013 misstep

RELLEY C was the shock returnee on this year's X Factor - with the star making a surprise appearance at bootcamp after passing an audition that never aired.

Since then, she has made sure that she wouldn't be forgotten any time soon - wowing with her rendition Miley Cyrus banger We Can't Stop, and killing it at the six chair challenge, winning her a spot at the judge's houses.

Now she is one of the three lucky contestants who have won a spot on the live shows.

Here's everything you need to know about Relley C and what to expect from her in the upcoming shows.

WHO IS RELLEY C?

The 26-year-old originally appeared on the X Factor three years ago - and made it all the way to Nicole's judge's house before being booted from the show.

This time, the star had a lot more luck, with Sharon Osbourne being won over by the star's powerful vocals.

Fans were surprised to see Relley reappear in this year's show - and quickly reestablished herself as a force to be reckoned with as she performed We Can't Stop with fellow soon-to-be finalists, Ottavio and Bradley.

But it was her performance of Louis Armstrong's What a Wonderful World that stuck in people's heads - and got her through to the judge's houses.

WHAT IS HER BACKGROUND?

Relley C was working as a housekeeper before she re-auditioned to be on the X Factor.

The day job has stuck with her so much that when put with Ottavia and Bradley as part of bootcamp, the pair revealed that she had given them food while they waited to perform.

She told the judges: "Day to day I am a housekeeper. It’s not a glamorous job but it funds my music so I can’t complain. If I got knocked out at this stage I would feel worse than I did three years ago. I want to get to the live shows.”
