Rita Ora and fiancé Taika Waititi move back to Britain ahead of glitzy wedding
SINGER Rita Ora has moved back to Britain with her film director fiance.
The loved-up star and Taika Waititi were yesterday seen together for the first time since the engagement — as they moved into her London mansion.
Rita, 31, who has spent much of the past two years in Los Angeles and Australia, wore a black sports top and overcoat as she lugged bottles of water, while New Zealander Taika, 46, was in a denim jacket, baseball cap and shades.
They later held hands while strolling to a pub near the North London property Rita bought for £8million last year.
An onlooker said: “It’s unusual to see Rita in the neighbourhood these days — she bought the house but left the country almost immediately afterwards and has barely spent any time there.
“But they were shopping for things and loading bits in and it’s obvious this is going to be where they call home, at least for a while.

“They’re a very jet-setting couple, and have homes all over the place, but it felt as though this was quite a permanent move watching their behaviour.”
Rita started dating the Thor: Ragnarok director Taika 18 months ago.
The Sun revealed last month they were engaged and preparing a low-key ceremony soon before a glitzy celebration later in the summer.
Rita, a coach on The Voice Australia, quit the UK amid anger over her lockdown-busting 30th birthday party at a West London restaurant.
