Harry Redknapp fears daughter-in-law Louise will fall victim to ‘Strictly curse’
Football manager cracked the joke much to son Jamie's dismay on A League of Their Own
HARRY Redknapp has joked that son Jamie should be "worried" about his marriage being rocked by the dreaded 'Strictly curse'.
The football manager appears on the next episode of popular panel show, A League of Their Own, alongside his son, who is a team captain on the programme.
Jamie's wife Louise Redknapp is currently appearing on the current series of Strictly Come Dancing, and during filming, the 69-year-old couldn't help but wind his son up.
Host James Corden innocently starts the round off asking: "Are ghosts really manifestation of the souls of our ancestors or are they just psycho echoes from our psyche’s?"
As the father and son, and fellow panellist look perplexed, Jamie gives echoes as his answer, only for rival team member Jack Whitehall, to pipe up asking: "Jamie is Louise easily spooked? Because she is about to see a whole lot of Russian Ghoulies I think."
As the audience and the rest of the panel burst out laughing, Harry claps his hands and chuckles while Jamie, 43, looks unimpressed.
Harry then says: "Don’t Jack you’ll make him jealous."
Looking at his dad aghast, Jamie replies: "You’re not meant to clap that one Dad."

Louise topped the leaderboard with partner Kevin Clifton after the first two weeks of dancing on the BBC show, which has developed a bit of a reputation for celebrities ending their relationships to be with their dance partners.
But considering Kevin is married to fellow professional Karen Clifton, James asked Harry if Jamie has any reason to be concerned.
He says: "He hasn’t got anything to worry about has he Harry?"
Much to Jamie's horror, Harry replies: "Yeah! Everyone who goes on that Strictly ends up having…" and trails off with a shrug.
As the studio roars with laughter, Jamie adds: "What are you doing! Not everyone.
"You’re talking about your daughter in-law!"
While the conversation is all in jest, Louise, 41, recently revealed to Fabulous Magazine that she does not fear the 'Strictly curse'.
She said: "Jamie knows that I would never do anything that would make him feel uncomfortable.
“Jamie is my world, and this is just dancing. What happens on the dance floor is very different to real life.
“I want to embrace Strictly and don’t want to worry that I can’t hold someone’s hand or put my arm around them in a certain dance.
"Jamie’s pretty cool and loves coming to rehearsals. You’ve got to remember he met me when I was a singer on tour with eight male dancers.
"I don’t think he would be fazed by that. He’s pretty chilled.”
