ABBEY Clancy has admitted that she "hated being pregnant" and that she was "completely bedridden" on some days.
The 30-year-old model has two children with hubby Peter Crouch - 5-year-old Sophia Ruby and 1-year-old Liberty Rose.
She added: "My back was so sore but I found yoga helped."
The Strictly champion also spoke about how she keeps up her enviable figure and said that she has never been one for lounging on the couch and watching telly.
She said: "The only time I sit down is when I go to bed. Keeping fit is a lot easier now that I live in Surrey and am surrounded by parks and amazing walks."
She is currently the face of Rebok's women's collection and will be starring in a cameo role in the new Absolutely Fabulous film.
Out of all the workouts she does, the blonde bombshell admitted that she hates running but loves Pilates.
Despite the fact that her and Peter need to both keep fit for their careers, she revealed that they don't actually hit the gym together.
The mum-of-two said: "I never workout with Pete, he does so much for his job already and even keeps it up on holiday, going for a run or hitting the gym and that’s a little too dedicated for me!"
In July Abbey was left traumatised while holidaying in France after being targeted by robbers as Kim Kardashian had been at the weekend.
The star was woken up in the night by noises at her luxury pad in the South of France.
She was there with friends as husband Peter Crouch was working as a Euro 2016 football pundit for ITV in Paris and was said to have been left "traumatised" after the event.
