Lydia Bright’s best mate Danielle Armstrong confirms she DID have sex with ex Arg in Marbs

DANIELLE Armstrong has opened up about Lydia Bright and James 'Arg' Argent's night of passion during recent filming in Marbella.

The TOWIE star confirmed rumours that the on/off lovebirds became intimate while working on the latest instalment of the popular ITVBe series as she made an appearance on Thursday night's episode of Celebrity Juice.

Danielle spilled the beans about how her best friend Lydia ended up reuniting with her ex-boyfriend during the annual group getaway.

Speaking on Celebrity Juice, Danielle explained: "When we  were in Marbella, they  slept together again. I was honestly really shocked, I couldn't believe it because I thought it was kind of finished now."

But Danielle was sure to stress to host Keith Lemon that the former lovebirds were not trying to give their romance another go as she added: "No, apparently it was a mistake on Lydia's behalf."

Co-host Holly Willoughby couldn't help but comment as she stated: "That's a bit naughty though, he really loves her.'

Danielle responded: "He really loves her and it's really sad, I love Arg. It's really hard when you're altogether on holiday, there's drink involved, your exes are there...

"I think he might have been talking to someone else and there was a little bit off... I don't know. Anyway, they ended up sleeping together.

Cheeky Keith couldn't help but quip: "I suppose you've got to go with the script, haven't you? Whatever it says you've gotta do."

Arg and Lydia’s relationship has been on and off throughout the entire duration of the Essex-based reality series.

The fact they’ve yet to settle down is pinned on Arg’s partying lifestyle, which has led to huge fallouts with Lydia and her family.

He was suspended by Towie bosses in 2014 for failing a drugs test but after a spell in rehab, he appeared to have turned life around and Lydia took him back.

However, just before the start of the last series in April, Arg, 28, relapsed and was dumped by Lydia, who was adamant this time is was for good.

The long-serving pair’s night of passion is the latest drama to have occurred during filming of The Only Way Is Marbs.

Co-star Pete Wicks, 27, was caught sexting former girlfriend Jacqui Ryland, as revealed by The Sun Online last week, leading to an explosive row with current partner Megan McKenna, 24.

The 19th series of Towie starts next Sunday on ITVBe.
