Towie’s Lydia Bright reveals that she feels ‘really s***’ about drunken one night stand with ex Arg
Meanwhile Arg told pals that his head was 'gone' and that he felt confused about the situation
TOWIE's Lydia Bright has revealed that she felt "totally s***" about sleeping with ex Arg and that it was the "worst mistake" off her life.
Speaking to pal Chloe Lewis, the blonde revealed that she had had a one night stand with her ex on tonight's episode.
As the pair lounged in the sun nursing hangovers, she revealed that she had stayed the night in Arg's hotel room.
The Sun exclusively reported last week that the pair had enjoyed a romp in Marbella.
They had split back in April after Arg reportedly relapsed after taking drugs.
He was suspended by Towie bosses in 2014 for failing a drugs test but after a spell in rehab, he appeared to have turned life around and Lydia took him back.
On tonight's show she revealed that she had seen him talking to a girl and that it had made her upset.
She said: "He ended up staying... it's the worst mistake of my life."
Lydia added: "I feel really s***."
