Oxo release new advert with their first TV family since the tragic death of Loose Women star Lynda Bellingham… and it has a social media-obsessed teen

A TEENAGER takes a snap of her meal as she visits Oxo’s first TV family since the death of Lynda Bellingham.
A new ad shows stroppy teenager Lucy bringing Tiana, “the most popular girl at school”, home for dinner.
Lucy is annoyed that her mum is making meatballs because she thinks it is not special enough.
But she is relieved when social media-obsessed Tiana uses her phone to upload a picture of her meal — a sign she likes the food.
Another advert will be released in the coming weeks that will show how men are getting more involved in the kitchen when Lucy's dad whips up a last minute meal using Oxo.
Lynda, who died of cancer in 2014 aged 66, played the Oxo mum between 1983 and 1999.
The emotional final instalment of that family series was shown in 1999 when the family moved out of the house.
Last year a 1984 Christmas ad was shown in tribute.
Oxo said: “We recognise that the more traditional roles within the typical family have changed.
“We are delighted to welcome a new modern family.”
