When is the Strictly Come Dancing 2016 final? Date, time, tickets – everything you need to know

THE competition is fast heading to its conclusion and you need to be prepared to get your hands on those coveted final tickets.

When is it?

The Strictly Final is on Saturday December 17, 6.35pm, BBC One, with results show at 9pm.

How do you get tickets?

Unfortunately the only way to get tickets for the final is by entering a competition to win a pair on the .

However, there is still time to register for tickets for the remaining main shows.

To make sure you hear first, and select "Entertainment" as one of your options.

Tickets for the Strictly Come Dancing LIVE tour are now available, the tour will be visiting cities all over the UK including Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Sheffield and London.

Who will be in the final?

Of course it's too early to know which contestants will make it though, but Sun Bets have put Danny Mac as the favourite ahead of Louise Redknapp and Ore Oduba as their top three contestants.

No information has been released about star guests or performances yet, but we're sure that  the glitziest event in TV will be an event to impress.

Some Strictly tips:

Jeans are not allowed. People do make an effort: ball gowns aren't only seen on the dance floor.

Phone's are not allowed and your bag will be checked on entry. Mobile phones will be taken away and you will have to queue to get yours back after the show.

There are no loos at the studio and you will be in there for at least six hours, so don't drink too much beforehand.

And finally, don't post anything on social media - abide by the "Strictly Oath".
