Khloe Kardashain reveals sister Kim is struggling to cope following ‘incredible traumatic’ robbery
The reality star opened up about her sister's horrific experience
KHLOE Kardashian has spoken out for the first time since her sister Kim Kardashian was robbed at gunpoint in Paris.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star admitted her sister was "not doing well" as she continues to recover from the traumatic experience.
Speaking on The Ellen Degeneres show, Khloe explained: "I mean, she's not doing that well. I mean, it's incredibly traumatic what happened to her, but our family is super close and great and we'll get through it together, and we do appreciate all of your guys' love and support and it will take time.
"You know it was horrible what happened to her."
When host Ellen asked if the attack had made the family reconsider their love for showing off their fortune on social media, Khloe responded: "Well, I think it's just a wake up call to make a lot of life adjustments.
Khloe, 32, added:"This is a really serious matter for Kim I think that's really personal as to when that emotional terror you could move on from that.
"I think for us it's all a wake up call for all of us, but definitely just to make sure our sister's OK."
The reality star also stressed that the family's main focus at present is to "make sure we're as protected as well as possible."
She explained: "Like I said, we're a family we'll do this together. I think it's important to make those adjustments and to pull back a little bit, I think is always smart."
Kim was robbed of jewellery worth nearly £9million - including a 20-carat diamond ring - during a terrifying armed heist of her Paris flat.
The sleeping star was tied up and hurled into the apartment's bath as the robbers made off with their loot.
It’s believed thieves may have targeted the mother-of-two after she flaunted her £3.5 million engagement ring on social media.
While Kim and the family have been quiet on social media ever since the attack, Kim's mother
Kris finally broke her silence hours before Khloe's TV appearance.
The 60-year-old reality television matriarch posted a heart-warming message to her social media pages which read: “Every morning is a reminder of how blessed we are.
“Today I am grateful for my family, who I love more than words can explain.
“Count your blessings, be grateful always, and cherish every moment you spend with your loved ones.”
The momager, who mum to six, captioned the post: “#blessed #family #love #grateful”
Kris’ words follow Kourtney Kardashian’s heartfelt post about “finding joy in difficult days”, in a religious passage.
