MARRIED AT First Sight Duka Cav shows off his slimmed down figure in new gym selfies.

The Married At First Sight star, showed off his incredibly fit physique in a gym selfie he posted on his Instagram.

Duka showed his followers some before and after pictures of his amazing weightloss transformation.

The recent Reality TV participant, tensed his muscles revealing his incredible abs and toned body in the gym mirror selfie, he uploaded on Instagram.

He captioned the post: "A little update. Photos are 13-14 months apart. And on the right was over a month ago.

"Weighed 95kg on the left and 90kg on the right. Still a lot of areas to work on. But it's about the love of the process not just the destination."

Fans were quick to comment on his transformation.

With one fan saying: "Beast mate."

Another said: ""Good job, bro!"

One more fan commented: "Sick progress man."

Recruitment HR coordinator Duka is on the latest Married At First Sight UK set to air this year, on E4.

Duka arrived in the UK from former Yugoslavia at 10-years-old. His struggles growing up had a definitive role in shaping the man he’s become, and he finds it difficult to let people in.

Duka is hoping to change all of that on MAFS, and wants to find an ‘Instagram girl’ that loves looking after herself, but can also have a deep conversation about world issues.

The official MAFS UK synopsis reads: “The couples will make a lifelong commitment to one another at a glamorous ceremony, overseen by a wedding celebrant, that includes guests, bridal gowns, dancing, speeches and cake. After the ceremony and celebrations are over, true love is well and truly put to the test, as they embark on a luxurious honeymoon, before moving in with each other AND their fellow couples.”

This new series will include 30 episodes, and love experts, Melanie Schilling, Paul C. Brunson and Charlene Douglas, will be there to help coach the newlyweds through their relationships. 

Married at First Sight UK returns to E4 later this year.
