Jacqueline Jossa rakes in a massive £1.3m in a year after being forced to sell her house amid money struggles
JACQUELINE Jossa netted a huge £1m profit last year after confessing money struggles forced her to sell her home.
The former EastEnders star earlier this year admitted to suffering serious financial woes before taking part in I'm a Celebrity in 2019.
But it seems that's all behind her as accounts for EMJ Entertainments - Jac's performing arts firm - reported assets of £1,287,199 for the period spanning 16 months until 31 December 2021.
However these assets were offset by bills due at £367,038.
It's unclear how much actress Jacqueline paid herself from the staggering profit.
But a £1m is definitely nothing to scoff at, especially after Jac - who shares daughters Ella, seven, and Mia, four, with husband Dan Osborne - recently told how she found herself struggling after quitting EastEnders in 2018.
More on Jacqueline Jossa
Jacqueline, who played Lauren Branning in the soap, appeared on Sam and Billie Faiers' podcast to make the frank confession.
She said: "I was on EastEnders for eight years where you got a set pay cheque every week. It was a set pay cheque and I didn’t have to do anything else. It was my comfort blanket, it was what I knew. Then it just wasn’t.
"There’s no such thing for me as maternity pay, so when I had kids I had to leave and I had to do magazine covers to make money to feed my kids."
Jacqueline explained: "Once you’re gone, when you’re not on the show, you don’t have money. Done! You’re not paid anything else.

"‘I’m going to have to do like a shoot. People go, ‘Why are you selling your soul?’ I’m feeding my kids. That’s the difference. I’m not embarrassed, I’m not ashamed.
"There’s been times where I haven’t had money. Before I went in the jungle I was struggling with money. I had to sell my house.
"And then I went in the jungle and had amazing opportunities, so I would never ever ever look at somebody and say, ‘They're not hustling enough’. You have to do it."
Jac, former Towie star Dan and the girls moved into their "forever home" last year - which she also described as a "fresh start" for the family.
Since becoming Queen of the Jungle Jacqueline has launched her own cosmetics brand - Nixie - which is owned by her second company, Ella Oil Ventures, which reported a £6,888 loss in 2021.
She also set up a performing arts school, the Jac Jossa Academy, which held £27,787 as of 28 February 2021.
Elsewhere Jacqueline also signed a six-figure deal with fashion brand In The Style in 2019, with her first collection selling out completely in under 24 hours.
