Robbie Williams gushes about his love for wife Ayda Field — and X Factor star Honey G
Singer says controversial rapper is 'the most entertaining act' on the show
ROBBIE Williams gushed about his love for two women in an interview with BBC radio today — his wife Ayda Field, and X Factor star Honey G.
The former Take That star appeared on the , where he declared that rapper Honey G was "the best act on X Factor so far".
Robbie, 42, told host Gaby how he was playing a FIFA video game Saturday night with X Factor set up on his computer — and he only paused his game to watch Honey G.
He said: "The first few acts come on, and then Honey G comes on and I paused the FIFA to stop and watch, and I really enjoyed the moment.
"And I thought it was interesting that she's the only one that I'm stopping to watch what happens."
Later the conversation turned slightly more serious, with Robbie telling Gaby how his wife of six years, Ayda, had filled "a god-shaped hole" in his life.
The singer spoke of his past struggles with addiction and depression, explaining that "the answer was given to me that it was a spiritual malady, so that I would go off trying to search for God.
"It's only in retrospect [I've noticed that] being in the relationship with my wife, that search has stopped."
Robbie recently announced the upcoming release of his first album in three years, Heavy Entertainment Show.
The record, which will be released November 4, features collaborations with Ed Sheeran and The Killers frontman Brandon Flowers.
