Brooklyn Beckham burns some serious rubber as he swaps his flashy runaround for a racing car on lads’ day out
Teenager looked like he was in his element on race track with his pals
BROOKLYN Beckham the roads for a race track during a lads day out at the weekend.
The eldest son of David and Victoria Beckham only passed his driving test in July but it seems the 17-year-old already wants to take his skills behind the wheel to the next level.
Brooklyn was pictured arriving for at a race car driving experience day in London with friends, sporting a bright orange hoodie.
With his increasingly long hair kept back off his face with a baseball cap, the teen looked eager to get stuck into the day, climbing into the drivers side of a Mercedes.
However, while many teens would be apprehensive about driving such an expensive vehicle at high speeds, Brooklyn is already a dab hand with a Merc, having picked one out as his first car after passing his test over the summer.
The car costs£37,000 and can do 0-62mph in 6.7 seconds.
The teenager was guided round the track by a member of the Mercedes team, taking on wet, slippy surfaces thanks to the sprinklers as well as some sharp turns.
Things were taken up a further gear later in the day, when Brooklyn was spotted swapping his baseball cap for a driving helmet and hopping into a black Mercedes.
In between rides, Brooklyn chatted with friends and staff, with one man in particular looking remarkably like Top Gear's mysterious driver, The Stig in an all-white racing suit and silver helmet.
Clearly delighted with the days activities, Brooklyn took to his Instagram page to document the occasion, sharing a snap of him alongside one of the cars.
He wrote: "Thanks for having me @mercedesbenz . See you again soon @paulreesracing".
