Margot Robbie’s producer pal Josey McNamara allegedly beat up the photographer

He was arrested along with Jac Rhys Hopkins

It came as Cara, 30, and Margot, 32, were leaving an exclusive restaurant at 3am and Orquera tried to take their picture.

McNamara is a film producer and business partner of Margot, while Hopkins worked with the Aussie star on her upcoming Barbie movie.

A police report obtained by The Sun states that when officers arrived at the scene Orquera told them that he had fallen to the ground breaking his elbow during a “brief struggle” with the men.

McNamara and Hopkins were last night held in police custody in the La Boca area of the Argentine capital.

It is not yet known if Cara and Margot are still in Argentina or where they have been staying, although local sources are working to find out.

One local source told The Sun: “In my experience, as witnesses Cara and Margot will have to give evidence before the prosecutor.

“The only way they won’t have to go and give evidence is if they have already left the country.

“The prosecutor has declared that the investigation remain secret and she will want to talk to Cara and Margot as quickly as possible.

“She also ordered for there to be a police guard at the victim’s hospital room so that no one can approach him.”

Pedro has now said he is preparing to file a lawsuit.

In an interview with The Sun from his hospital bed, the photographer described the incident as a “brutal attack” and “cowardly”.

“They tried to take my camera to delete the pictures that I had taken,” Pedro said.

“I started running away from them because they were hitting me.

“While I was running from them they kicked me hard so my camera went up in the air and I fell on the floor and injured my arm.

“I was bleeding an awful lot. I was losing a lot of blood, in a few minutes the police arrived.”

The Hollywood stars had been entering the car when the incident occurred – and witnesses say Margot nearly fell out of the vehicle as the driver rushed to speed away.

Onlookers called 911 after watching the brawl – and Pedro was rushed to hospital.

A police report shows that McNamara and Hopkins told cops Pedro was “responsible for his own injuries” as the stars had not given their consent for photos to be taken.

McNamara worked with Australian beauty Robbie in the due-to-be released Barbie, along with Hopkins who was part of the crew.

It comes as Robbie last month worried fans after she was spotted looking upset following a visit to Delevingne’s home.

The concerning pictures were taken just a week after Cara was seen looking dishevelled and distressed at Van Nuys airport in Los Angeles after returning from Burning Man.

The model’s friends have expressed worry over her increasingly erratic behaviour, including smoking what appeared to be a pipe outside a sex shop last month.
