BOYZLIFE stars Brian McFadden and Keith Duffy might be in the midst of their first joint tour but that didn't stop them getting a parking ticket outside one of their gigs.

The two Irish heartthrobs from Westlife and Boyzone joined forces for their new project earlier this year, sharing stories from their time on the road as well as singing some of their respective band's biggest hits, including No Matter What and Flying Without Wings.

But while thrilling fans at Glasgow's Hilton hotel earlier this week, the lads' tour bus was slapped with a parking ticket right outside the venue.

The £60 fine was placed in plain view of fans as they made their way in and out of the hotel.

Seeing the vehicle parked on a pavement at the back of the hotel, one follower giggled: "Only in Glasgow would an act get a parking ticket."

Luckily in the room the lads felt loads of love to make up for it.

The Sun was the first to reveal the plans for a Boyzlife tour back in March, with Brian, 36, telling how the plan was first formed at Keith's Boyzone band mate Ronan Keating's wedding last year.

In the exclusive interview, the singer said: "We all had a chat, the lads. We said it would be amazing.

“Not even just performing together, but can you imagine the craic? Nine of us Irish lads on a tour bus together, going round the world together.

“It would be absolute carnage. We all get on so well so you never know. We would have so much fun on tour.

“We could end up adding more people to the next one. Right now this is about me and Keith but the door is always open.”

However, Brian's former Westlife band mates have slammed the singer - who quit the group in 2004 after five years - for the plans.

Kian Egan told 98FM:

"It was really unfair on the fans that everybody thought that this was what’s happening, you know that Westlife and Boyzone were getting together to do a tour.

"From the perspective of someone who spent 15 years in Westlife it was really aggravating."

Meanwhile Shane Filan, said in a separate interview: "I don't keep in touch with them to be honest. I don't keep in touch with Brian at all.

"Best of luck to them on the tour though. I doubt I will be there, to be honest."
