KATIE Price's fiancé Carl Woods has put the home they lived in together up for sale ahead of their upcoming wedding.
The semi-detached three-bedroom property in Essex is on the market for £475,000.
Its listing comes after Katie moved back into her 'mucky Mansion' in East Sussex following major renovation work.
Pictures from inside Carl's immaculate townhouse reveal a grey and white colour scheme throughout, two bathrooms including a large wet-room style shower, and modern furnishings.
Two of the rare bits of decor in the house include a portrait of Marlon Brandon in the Godfather and a suited lion.
The garage contains gym equipment and there's a covered seating area in the back garden.
Last week Katie hinted she'll soon be marrying Carl by hunting for a wedding dress designer.

Katie, who has been married three times, revealed the beautiful rock on her finger in a video and said: "Any wedding dress designers that are creative and different DM me."
The couple put on a united front at the National Television Awards last week after split rumours.
