Pete Wicks makes Megan McKenna laugh as he admits he misses her ‘dribbling’ on him when she falls asleep
The Towie star invited his estranged girlfriend on a spa break to try and get their relationship back on track after his sexting scandal
PETE Wicks may have started to win estranged girlfriend Megan McKenna back by admitting he missed her dribbling.
The tattooed hunk has been in the dog house with the fiesty Essex girl ever since she found out he had been sexting ex-girlfriend Jacqui Ryland behind her back.
After an explosive few episodes of Towie - which documented the fall out from the revelation and Pete's plans to win Megan back - it finally looks like his efforts had started to pay off on Sunday night's episode when he made the 24-year-old smile.
Arriving at Chloe Simms' salon while the girls were having a makeup masterclass, the 27-year-old invited Megan on a romantic spa break to get away from all the gossip and try and rebuild their relationship.
He said: "Sorry to interrupt, I thought I'd come because I needed to see you, to tell you that I miss you."
And in what could go down as the most cack-handed way a person could declare their love for someone, he added: "My life ain't been the same without you.
"I miss you sitting on the toilet when I'm in the bath. I miss you dribbling on my chest when you're sleeping."
"I want to take you out of Essex and for you to remember what we had, what I think I had.
"I want you to know that I do love you and I'm still trying. I'm not going to give up on you."
After he had turned and left the salon as suddenly as he arrived, his plea appeared to have worked as Megan - who revealed her devastation in an emotional interview with The Sun Online - looked thrilled.
She told her friends: "I was not expecting that!"
Fans of the show will already know Megan does agree to go with her estranged boyfriend to the spa, as the pair were pictured outside the venue last week, but the outcome of what happens while they are there is yet to be seen.
