LISA Riley has revealed she was mortified when she was weighed before she was allowed on a plane.
Speaking on Loose Women, the panellist admitted the scenario was dreadful - as she was forced to stand on the scales before she was allowed to fly.
She said: "It was in Kathmandu, I'm mortified about the scales even now
"They were weighing us to see where we would go on the plane.
"I was the biggest person and it felt dreadful.
"I don't want that feeling again because it's embarrassing."
Lisa lost half her bodyweight after changing her lifestyle – going from a size 30 to a size 14
The actress admitted she had “ditched the booze” as part of her healthy regime.
The star admitted that other people are often trying to tempt her back into drinking again, but she is determined not to break, she said: “It’s like I’ve been re-programmed, so when I see the booze now I see fat Lisa.”
The 40-year-old said alcohol isn’t the sole reason she has lost the weight but she has definitely noticed a difference since ditching the source.
Her transformation has been well documented after losing an incredible seven stone and going from a size 30 to 14.
However, despite her incredible transformation, Lisa revealed that she’s still insecure about her body and his hoping to have surgery to remove excess skin.
She said: “It’s not me. Maybe when I’ve had a bit chopped off you’ll see me in a bikini.
“It’s bad enough my reflection in the mirror… I feel really insecure at the moment.
“All the excess skin I’ve got now.
“I’ve got to have the (surgery to remove the skin) eventually. When I’m the right size.”
Meanwhile last week she showed how flexible she is by doing the spilts on Loose Women.
Hitching up her skirt, the slimmed downed actress eased into the splits as the audience erupted.
The brave gymnastic move came after she had been speaking about an Olympian, who had hit headlines because of her size, saying: “We need all shapes and sizes.”
The former Emmerdale star continued to discuss how she went through the same thing while on Strictly
Come Dancing: “People put you in that envelope. I wanted to prove people wrong that I wasn’t the chunky fat one.
“I was petrified. The main thing that scared me was being lifted. We had to switch it round; there was a rule book this thick and I lifted Robin. It ended up being great for the show.”
She added: “I am the only woman in strictly history to lift a man.”
Lisa lost a stone a week after eating just 400 calories a day.
