Holly Willoughby gushes Roger Moore will ‘always’ be her 007
The beauty made her feelings about the Brit film star perfectly clear on today's This Morning
HOLLY Willoughby admitted she would forever be Roger Moore's Bond girl as she gushed over the actor's iconic 007 role on This Morning.
The blonde seemed starstruck as her ultimate pick for the special agent filmstar character sat right across from her on the studio sofa.
She was quick to tell Roger, who will soon turn 90: "You were my 007, I have to say.
"You always will be as well."
The British screen star seemed chuffed at her praise, and replied: "Thank you very much."
Throughout their chat she was glued to his every word and as they rounded off the interview continued to fire compliments his way and said: "It's so lovely to meet you," before adding: "It's so nice."
Viewers were quick to take to Twitter and comment on her adoration for the screen star, who will soon go on tour.
One made a play on a childhood love rhyme and wrote: "Holly and Roger, sitting in a tree, K I S S I N G," before adding: "Think she loves him a bit. Love @hollywills."
Even the This Morning account highlighted how much the host was Roger's fangirl, and uploaded a shot of the presenters and Bond himself with the words: "@HollyWills' James Bond and a big Breaking Bad fan."
Roger then took to his own account to post a similar snap with the caption: "Thank you."
A viewer showed they were totally in agreement with the Brighton-born babe as they posted: "How enchanting was Sir Roger Moore and certainly has aged gracefully.
"He will always be my Bond!"
Roger played the infamous Bond role seven times between 1973 and 1985.
Holly directly him about the actors who had come after him and he gave the thumbs-up to Daniel Craig.
He said: "In between each Bond are impostors, like Jason Bourne, and films of the same genre.
"They started to make Bond a bit wilder and going on, it became more serious.
"It was right for the times and today Daniel Craig is an extraordinary Bond.
"He is so tough."
Yet viewer's were quick to point out a flaw in Holly's questioning and plastered the blip on Twitter.
One wrote: "Holly Willoughby talking to Roger Moore about "the different incantations of Bond"...." while another posted: "Holly just asked what Sir Roger Moore thinks of the modern 'incantations' of Bond, think she might have meant 'incarnations'," followed up with an Emoji crying with laughter.
