Actress is working hard to maintain her svelte shape after dropping 12 stone
TINA Malone has been spotted working up a sweat with her husband during a gruelling training session in a park.
The actress, 53, grimaced her way through the work-out as she was put through her paces by her personal trainer husband Paul Chase.
Tina wore a grey, long-sleeved top teamed with black leggings and a woolly hat for her personal training session with Paul.
She later stripped off her top to reveal a see-through black number which showed off her colourful bra underneath.
She was shown contorting her face in pain as she pushed herself to the limit during the sweat-soaked work-out.
The former Shameless star, 53, has dropped 12 stone since she started a major body overhaul and she has proved she is working hard to maintain her incredible size six figure.
She was shown doing lunges against a tree and sitting down on the grass to stretch out her thigh muscles.
Tina looked exhausted by the end of the session, but appeared to be delighted with the results,
She was pictured grinning and hugging Paul, who even picked her up and carried her.
Tina has undergone an incredible transformation in recent years, spending around £50,000 on cosmetic surgery and a gastric band to help her loose weight.
She looks like a new woman after losing 12 stone in weight and shrinking from a size 28 to a six.
Tina has undergone nine surgeries, as well as her gastric band, including operations to remove the excess skin which was left around her tummy due to her weight loss.
She also had skin removed from her arms, neck and thighs, as well as undergoing several surgeries on her face and fixing her teeth.
During an appearance on Loose Women, she said: "I eat spinach and fish every day…. but I do eat chocolate every day…"
She also revealed she burst into tears when she was first able to put on a size six dress.
