Geordie Shore’s Scotty T confirms break from show after producers urge him to change ways
Scotty's other commitments mean he'll miss filming for the upcoming series
SCOTTY T has confirmed his plans to take a break from Geordie Shore.
The Sun Online first reported the reality star would be absent from series 14 last month, after ignoring concerned bosses requests to sort his act out and stop his wild partying.
Scotty told : “The thing is I might be taking a break.
“Whenever I go on Geordie Shore, I go too wild – I just need to calm down.
“And obviously the filming dates clash with [my] pantomime [in Leeds] so that could be a big thing.”
Earlier this year The Sun Online revealed MTV bosses had given the reality star one last chance to curb his wild partying after series 13 wrapped in July.
After their pleas were ignored, Scotty’s confession comes after an inside source revealed his future on the show is now hanging in the balance.

A show source told The Sun Online: “MTV bosses love Scotty, he’s the biggest name on the show and a pivotal part of Geordie Shore but they’ve had to be ruthless to help him.
“There were talks about what to do and how to help him but it’s pretty much fallen on deaf ears. For now he won’t be joining the rest of the cast, but they hope he will join at some point during the series.”
The cast will reunite in Newcastle for six weeks of filming after attending MTV’s EMA awards in the Netherlands on November 6.
Instead of taking bosses advice seriously, Scotty has scheduled a series of PA’s across Australia while his co-stars move back into the party pad.
He will then be heading to Leeds to make his pantomime debut as the Prince in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.
