The former Towie star, 30, who welcomed baby Evie one month ago, plans to lose two-and-a-half stone by New Year and get back into her bikini for a winter holiday in the sun.
Maria put on almost three stone during her pregnancy.
Talking about her body, she said: "Lots of female celebrities don't like to show off their mummy tummy and keep themselves covered up after having a baby.
"But I am proud of every inch I have put on my waist because it all came from nurturing little Evie.”
"I feel blessed to have such a beautiful baby girl and I love being a mum, but I feel ready to get back in shape.
"I am going to blitz it for 10 weeks because I want to get back into my bikini in January for some winter sun.
"It's not going to be easy because I am showing a lot of fat around my midriff. But I'll put in the work and do it properly."
After giving birth the reality star tipped the scales at 11st 7lb.
Maria is being helped in her fitness drive by Evie's proud father, her boyfriend Kelvin Batey, 35, former BMX world champion racer.
She said: "Kelvin is a professional rider and he is in perfect shape.
"Just seeing his gorgeous body in the shower every morning is all the inspiration I need.
"We can leave Evie with my mum and exercise together. I've told Kelvin my six-pack will be flatter than his by the New Year."
