One Direction star Louis Tomlinson splits from girlfriend Eleanor Calder after five years
LOUIS TOMLINSON has split again from his on-off girlfriend, the influencer Eleanor Calder.
The ex-One Direction star and Eleanor first got together in 2011 before calling it quits in 2015 — a year before he had son Freddie with American stylist Briana Jungwirth.
They reunited in 2017 and were believed to have been considering tying the knot ahead of their latest break-up, before Christmas.
They were at Glastonbury with mates last summer but had been together less and less after Louis began a world tour last year.
A source said: “It put pressure on their relationship, Louis being away for so long.
“Other things have gone down between them and for now, at least, they have split up.

“They have mutual friends and a long history, so at the moment it doesn’t look like a reunion at some point is completely off the cards. But now they are not together.”
They spent New Year’s Eve apart and Louis was absent from a video Eleanor posted recapping her 2022 highlights.
Three years ago, Louis told me of their romance: “The luxury with Eleanor is I’ve known her since before One Direction’s first single What Makes You Beautiful in 2011, so she’s felt the whole growth of everything.”
On the possibility of getting married, he added: “One day, yeah, I’d imagine so.

“If you’re asking me if I’m going to marry her, yes, I think so. And kids? I’d say so.”
He had a stellar year in 2022, scoring his first solo No1 album with in November.
But he faces even more time away from home during 2023.
In May, he will begin another tour, taking him around the world until late November.
Absence makes the heart grow fonder, but only time will tell in this case.
Ava’s reddy for a busy year
AVA MAX is making the most of her time off before what is bound to be a hectic year.
The Motto singer was snapped in this red bikini on a beach in the Caribbean, ahead of the release of her second album Diamonds & Dancefloors later this month.
Ava has spent two years working on the record and previously said she will be heading on tour once it is out.
She has already released a string of belting singles from the collection, including Weapons, Maybe You’re The Problem and Dancing’s Done – all of which deserve to be huge floor fillers.
No doubt there will be even more to blast out once Ava’s new album arrives.
Things out in the open as Noah says he’s gay
STRANGER Things actor Noah Schnapp has come out as gay – and claimed his character Will Byers is, too.
He wrote in a post on TikTok: “When I finally told my friends and family I was gay after being scared in the closet for 18 years, all they said was, ‘we know’.”
In the clip, he made light of it by lip-syncing to a video that said: “You know what it never was? That serious. It was never that serious. Quite frankly, it will never be that serious.”
He shared the news with fans, with the post racking up more than 8million likes in 12 hours.
The most recent season of hit Netflix drama Stranger Things had viewers questioning whether Will was gay and in love with his best friend Mike Wheeler, who is played by Finn Wolfhard.
And appearing to confirm his character’s sexuality, Noah said: “I guess I’m more similar to Will than I thought.”
Good for him.
WHOOPI GOLDBERG is desperate to make Sister Act 3 happen – so much so that she is willing to shoot the whole film in England to get Maggie Smith on board.
On ITV’s Loose Women yesterday during a rare trip to the UK, Whoopi said: “One of the things I want to make sure I do while I’m here is . . . I want to let Maggie Smith know that I’m holding the part of Mother Superior for you. Because I just can’t do it with anybody but you. So if you need me to come over here and shoot and do whatever we have to do, we will do whatever you want us to do.”
It sounds like Whoopi is steering the ship, 30 years after the original came out.
She added: “I’m liking the script. You know we’re all going to do whatever we have to do. I’m trying to secure a director.”
Rita's time to shine
RITA ORA is ready to get Saturday night started in this snap taken backstage at The Masked Singer.
She has returned to the panel this year for the ITV series, alongside Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross and Mo Gilligan.
The Anywhere singer strutted her stuff in a glittery see-through dress and jewelled heels as she prepares to release the lead single from her long-awaited third album.
The new song is called You Only Love Me and in a snippet on social media, Rita sings: “I try, I try and I try to tell myself it’s all right. Cos I’m terrified, you only love me when the . . . ”
The album – her first since 2018’s Phoenix – is due to be released in the coming months.
With a fair few celebrities showing off their vocal talents on The Masked Singer, there’s still time to sort out a last-minute collaboration, Rita.
Avatar 2 is paying its way
AVATAR: The Way Of Water has proved it was worth the estimated £380million budget by becoming the tenth highest-grossing film of all time.
The movie, which came out last month, has burst on to the list of all-time biggest earners, having so far made £1.27billion at the box office.
It has also overtaken Top Gun: Maverick to be named the biggest film of 2022.
Remarkably, the huge amount it has made is still half of the figure earned by the original 2009 movie, which is the highest-grossing movie ever.
It should pave the way for director James Cameron to keep making the films, having said he wants to do a series of five.
The third has already been filmed and is due out in December 2024, with the rumoured title Avatar: The Seed Bearer.
Milly flies high for Noel video
HE is usually a beacon of good taste, so with the endorsement of Noel Gallagher I am expecting big things from Milly Alcock.
The Oasis rocker has teamed up with the Australian actress for his new music video after she played a leading role in new series House Of The Dragon.
Noel filmed the scenes in London this week.
Milly was “flying” in a suburban street for what I hear is another new single.
And in good news for fans, it’s likely that Noel, who never stays quiet for long, will unveil more new music shortly afterwards.
A source tells me: “Noel was on set but Milly seems very much the lead in the video.
“She was flying on a high wire down a London street and it looked really cool.
“Noel was chatting to her and it seemed like everyone was enjoying the experience.
“She’s a rising new star and took it all in her stride.”
The guitarist and singer-songwriter, who now fronts Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, has often opted to hire actors to appear in his videos rather than take on the roles himself.
He prefers to appear in cameos as a musician rather than acting.
Noel has previously invited Matt Smit and Rhys Ifans, among others, to work with him, so Milly is in great company.
Kanye’s kid is a stubblemaker
KANYE WEST’s daughter North has proved the family resemblance is uncanny by dressing up as her dad for a TikTok video.
The nine-year-old trans-formed herself into the rapper by drawing on facial hair before lip-syncing to his song Bound 2 alongside her mum Kim Kardashian.
Kim was in the original video for the X-rated track a decade ago.

But the stunt is bound to infuriate Kanye, who has previously said he didn’t want his children using TikTok because he thought it wasn’t age-appropriate.
