HELEN Flanagan has opened up about being trolled after revealing her secret boob job.
The former Coronation Street actress, 32 - who split with fiance Scott Sinclair last year - admitted that she recently went under the knife to feel more confident.
, who is currently on day three of recovery, explained to her 1m followers on Instagram that breastfeeding three children had changed how her boobs looked.
The mum-of-three decided to have an uplift to improve her confidence, but wanted to make it clear that she "loved" her breastfeeding journeys.
The soap star was unfortunately reluctant to share due to negative comments in the past.
Helen said: "I like to share my life on here, I like to be as honest as I can I was nervous because people can be unkind.

"I'm very much for you know, supporting other women in the choices that they decide to do and supporting other women.
"I feel passionately about breastfeeding, I don't regret breast feeding at all.
"I would always do it again and I love that.
"I just wanted to be honest about my experiences because other women might be able to relate to me."

Helen shares her three kids Matilda, seven, Delilah, four and 18-month-old Charlie with ex fiancé Scott Sinclair.
The soap star had the surgery at Manchester's Pall Mall clinic after going from from an E-Cup to a B-Cup over the years.
She explained: "It's just something that I did for myself, I really wanted to do it for my confidence.
"I have been really nervous about sharing this. Obviously I very much am for body confidence, and very much for supporting other women, but supporting women in all choices that they decided to do.
"I think if something really is bothering you, then I think, you know, it's a good thing to do something about it."
She added: "There's no nicer way to say it but they just became rally saggy.
"It just affected my confidence."
It comes just days after Helen broke down in tears after opening up about breastfeeding.
When she was asked if she still breastfeeds her one-year-old son, Helen responded with a close-up selfie of her teary face.

She then wrote: "No x I finished feeding Charlie at 14 months. It's so emotional when you stop feeding I think it's because it's highly likely Charlie is my last baby.
"It took a good two months to get Charlie off the boob and I had to get help with that. I finished feeding on our summer holiday to Dubai but I had a fun child free trip planned that I needed Charlie to be off the boob for so I looked at the positives."
